Cancelation Policy
At Strandz Co, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be adjusted or canceled. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Refundable Deposit: A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Transferable Deposit: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer the 15% deposit to the new appointment time, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before the original appointment time.
Non-Refundable for No Show: Failure to cancel your appointment or show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the 15% deposit. It will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future appointment.
