With nearly 30 years of experience as a cosmetologist, I can honestly say that I am more passionate about the beauty industry now than ever before. It has been an incredible journey, and I've loved every moment of it.
My fascination with hair and beauty started early on, and I knew right away that I had found my calling. Over the years, I've honed my skills and expertise in hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and all things beauty-related. There's nothing quite like the feeling of transforming someone's look and seeing their confidence soar as they walk out of the salon with a smile.
These days, what truly lights up my soul is building an empowered salon team. I believe in the power of collaboration and support, and I take immense pride in nurturing and guiding our Junior stylists. Working closely with them to help them provide excellent services and grow in their careers is incredibly rewarding.
As my focus is now on mentoring our talented team, I've made the decision to no longer take on new clients. It's a bittersweet choice, but it allows me to invest my energy in ensuring our salon continues to provide top-notch services and remains a hub of creativity and empowerment.

Josie Taylor
Josie is the bright, smiling face that greets every guest the moment they walk through our doors. She is our front desk coordinator, hospitality expert, and beloved blowout queen at Strandz & Company.
